Leadership LandingTM was founded in 2009 by Hal Adler, executive coach, management consultant and recognized expert in leadership and workplace transformation. We are dedicated to helping leaders attain higher performance and profit through customized individual and team development.

Guided Meditations

Breathe easy, and join Leadership LandingTM for short, 15-20 minute meditations. No need to have a regular meditation practice or even to have meditated before. These few minutes of deep relaxation are meant for any leader that would benefit from slowing down, focusing on the breath, and bringing their best possible self to light.

Guided meditations focus on 1 of The 5 Attributes of Great Leaders (Self-Awareness, Bravery, Kindness, Innovation, Inspiration) per session.

Quarterly Roundtables

Leadership LandingTM Quarterly Leadership Roundtables are complimentary 75 minute sessions during which 10-12 leaders will gather via teleconference to engage in a conversation about personal and professional development, and the 5 Attributes of Great Leaders (Self-Awareness, Bravery, Kindness, Innovation and Inspiration).
